Installation instructions:	The ASP files require "Script" permission and depend on the presence of the LAFcommon project. The SQL Server database should be created using the provided SQL script. The connection string in `include.asp` should be modified to connect to the database with a username that can perform SELECTs, INSERTs, UPDATEs and DELETEs against the created tables.

Description:	This calendar project was begun out of frustration with other web-based calendar tools' inability to display a readable calendar format. It was very much a project begun to "scratch an itch" -- to meet an immediate need that the author had. Since then, it has evolved considerably into a very useful tool that produces prettier calendars than those printed by most organizer software. Features include: The entire calendar is rendered in HTML -- no Flash or Java is used. Single-day, multi-day, repeating and occassional events are all supported. "Occasional" events are those events that occur multiple times but don't necessarily follow a regular pattern. Events may be categorized for easy administration. Users may set their preferences on the main calendar to filter out categories. Repeating events are supported, as are "occasional" events (events that occur at multiple arbitrary times). Nearly everything about the display is themable -- colors, fonts, border styles, first day of the week, weekday column widths, categories, etc. Users may use the main calendar to export events to their Outlook or Palm Desktop calendars.
