  Changed the license from the LAF GPL to the GNU GPL.
  Added some rudimentary HTML detection to the front-end display code so if the
    admin enters HTML tags, they won't be canonicalized but if the admin does
    not, it will be canonicalized.  This probably needs more work.

  Changed the export process to produce vCalendar files instead of CSV files.
    This allows importing into the Palm Desktop.  Unfortunately, Palm and
    Outlook both have different quirks when importing, so it's still necessary
    to ask the user what application they'll be importing into.
